Computer Communications Specialists

Our field I.T. staff provide services within MAF and also to our partners in ministry in remote places around the world

General requirements:

  • A thorough understanding of computer basics and troubleshooting hardware and software
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server, Linux; WAN; Internet protocols; connections; and administration
  • MS Office and e-mail programs
  • Ability to relate to and train non-technical people in a professional manner
  • Must possess a learner attitude/desire to upgrade skills needed for the rapidly changing IT field
  • Ministry attitude to work cross-culturally, including the training of nationals as the needs arise

Beneficial:

  • Have a thorough working knowledge of Vsat equipment.
